What you will be doing:

  • Interact and provide service to customers via inbound phone calls in Italian language
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrate empathy and the ability to de-escalate
  • Leverage your strong computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems to research information quickly
  • Follow processes and procedures, log issues and solutions provided clearly and accurately
  • Meet and exceed success metrics, including average handle time, quality assurance, customer service and schedule adherence
  • Exhibit professionalism, self manage and work independently in a fast-paced and highly-demanding customer focused environment

What skills you will need:

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Good written and reading English skills

  • Professional and/or personal technical troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with good internet connection
