Gymboland is a company that offers playgrounds for children. These playgrounds are located in malls but also in shopping areas.
TECHNICAL COORDINATOR – candidate requirements
- The technical coordinator is a versatile position that requires sufficient managerial skills as well as sufficient technical skills. A technical coordinator should be able to perform all necessary tasks related to company system (playgrounds machines, kidy rides, video-games, vending machines/ comestero, discapa machines) including troubleshooting and technical issues.
- The technical coordinator must oversee the development and implementation of any system trough all steps of the process, make sure that his team is fully trained and able to perform technical jobs.
- Is the point person for any issues that arrise within the team. He is responsabile for making key decisions for tehnical issues related to the company after considering everything from cost to quality of electro-mecanic things.
His Manager is: GENERAL MANAGER
His Team: 1 Technical Expert, 3 Technicians
He has to have technical experience (it`s a plus vending machines, video-games) and to have management skills (organizition, schedule, issues solve, mind solution, team leader).
The place of working: the technical warehouse from Bucharest
His daily work means ensuring technical quality for Gymboland playgrounds. Thus, he does not have office work, but with travel to locations from Bucharest, Ploiesti, Constanta and repairs to the warehouse when is necessary.
Has to know English language at a professional level.
